Race Details

When:  Every first Saturday of the month at 09:30.


Where: Confirmation will be provided in the pre-race communication email in the week leading up to the race.


Whilst COVID-secure measures are in place the event hub will be opposite Here East, adjacent to Waterden Road, E20 3BS.


South - The Last Drop, 5 Thornton Street, London, E20 2AD

As a result of periodic improvement works in the park, it may be necessary to change the race route at short notice. Please always refer to the pre-race communication email received in the week leading up to the race where confirmation will be provided.


Pricing: £24 unaffiliated, £22 affiliated.


Entry on the Day: Not available for the foreseeable future whilst COVID-secure measures are in place.


Registration: From 08:30 to 09:15 - Confirmation will be provided in the pre-race communication email in the week leading up to the race.


Race Numbers: For collection on the day only, numbers will not be posted.


Timing:  Chip timed.


Route: The route consists of multiple laps, all on tarmac or hard gravel pathway and is suitable for runners of all abilities.


Licensing: Licensed with UK Athletics, results will be submitted to Run Britain within a week of the race.


T-shirts: T-shirts are available for purchase during the entry process.





Bag Drop: Whilst we recommend bringing as little as possible, you can leave your belongings with us while you race.


Distance Markers: The route will be clearly indicated with distance markers, arrows and tape where necessary. Marshals will also be present throughout the race.


Water Stations: There will be Water Stations at regular intervals.


Finisher Goodies: Bottled water and snacks will be available at the finish line.



Results and Prizes:


Results: Results will be uploaded live to our website (internet connection permitting) and communicated to all pre-registered participants within 24 hours of the event.


Medals: All finishers will receive a medal on completing the race.


Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the top three runners overall and the top runner in each of the veteran categories (V40/V50/V60/V70) for both males and females.

Further Information:


As a UK Athletics licensed event, the pushing of persons in any device is prohibited under the UKA Rules of Competition (including but not limited to a Wheelchair, Buggy, Pushchair, Stroller or similar).


This event is suitable for Wheelchair Users. Participants wishing to compete with specialised equipment are asked to contact us before entering to ensure we can accommodate any additional requirements.


Noise-cancelling Earphones/Headphones are prohibited and whilst we discourage the use of other earphones/headphones at this event for those competing in running events, participants choosing to use them should ensure they are set to a low enough volume that instructions from marshals and/or other event officials can be clearly understood. We reserve the right to disqualify participants who cannot hear instructions as a result of their use.


Whilst there is no strict Time-Limit for this event, in order that we adhere to the restrictions imposed by the hire agreement, it may be necessary for us to begin deconstruction of the course and/or start/finish area at approximately 13:00 to facilitate our departure from the premises by the agreed time. Participants will need to be able to complete their event by this time.
